Hi maya gurus, today when I try to importing vectorials from my adobe illustrator in maya, for have the curves for made 3d bevels, the option bevel plus on thats' curves give me an error:

Error: Value is out of range: 3


how I can fix this things?
Am using maya 2012 on a mac intel 64 bit with snow leopard.

Did you get around this problem...about the // Error: Value is out of range: 3 //. I amgetting it now. I tried to re-install Maya 8 and still it happens. On other machines same file it works no problem, so its not a scene error...Running out of solutions.

Hey Man, I got the solution, last week my maya 2012 did the same error (// Error: Value is out of range: 3 //) Is a maya bug, for resolve this issue, the solution is this:

I don't know why, but if you just go on menu create / text, and you reset this tool, the bevel plus will work again.

goto your "create text" options and choose edit reset


bevelplus will work again wighout problems. So bug fixed.
